BOWERS boss Rob Small bowed out after eight years in charge with a point gained in an entertaining encounter at the Dripping Pan.
The Rooks took the lead in the fourth minute when a Deshane Dalling freekick from the edge of the box eluded Bowers keeper Mitchell Beaney and ended up in the corner of the net.
The lead lasted two minutes when a swift counter attack was finished in style by Michael Ademiluyi from 12 yards.
The Rooks looked the likeliest for the remainder of the half.
