■ CRAY Valley head into the play-offs on the back of a four-game winless run after Sam Bewick’s strike won the points for Faversham.
A game of few clear-cut chances was decided in the 68th minute when Bewick’s 20-yard dipping volley bounced in front of Chris Lewington before nesting just inside a post.
Francis Babalola had a chance to give Valley a 12th-minute lead when he pounced on a poor back-pass only to have his effort blocked by defender Calvin Sedanu 12 yards out.
