ALFIE Bridgman’s first-half belter got Bognor’s season off to a great start against title favourites AFC Hornchurch.
Bridgman venomously-struck a low, left-foot drive from a half-cleared corner on 33 minutes. And, as Bognor boss Robbie Blake admitted, Rocks had to show great second-half resilience to turn Bridgman’s magic into a winner.
