■ BASINGSTOKE strolled to their first home win of the season thanks to the exploits of George Reid and Brad Wilson.
Reid opened the scoring midway through the first half, sweeping a cultured left-footed finish across Fred Chapman before ‘Stoke finished the half with a quick double. Wilson’s one-two with Ezio Touray set him free to slide a finish under Chapman before Touray released Reid for a right-footed finish.
