■ TRADLEY Sach’s 67th-minute drive gave Canvey the points from this enthralling five-goal thriller, as the Gulls were forced to come from behind twice.
Sach was nearly hero-turned-villain as he saw red four minutes from time. However, the Gulls held on for the points.
Bognor led on three minutes, when Tom Chalaye sent an angled shot past onrushing Gulls keeper Bobby Mason.
Gulls drew level on 14 minutes. Evans Kouassi’s shot from the edge of the penalty area took a deflection and looped over keeper Myles Bowman.
