■ MANAGERLESS Gorleston got off to the worst possible start when they conceded a penalty in the fourth minute.
Kyle Ingram fouled Charley Barker in the box and Cemal Ramadan made no mistake to give Bury the lead. Christy Finch had the ball in the net in the ninth minute but was ruled offside. He then saw an effort hit a post while Greens keeper Jake Jessup twice saved his team in one-onone situations.
A great save from Jessup kept his side in the game early in the second half and Connor Ingram and Finch both had good chances.
