■ ROVERS did the damage in the first half against a disappointing Maldon & Tiptree side.
The visitors hit the Jammers early with a perfect ball from Adam Newton to Eusebio Da Silva Ca who drilled his shot home in the seventh minute.
Perry Dunn doubled the lead after 41 minutes from a corner. The third came in the second minute of stoppage time via a penalty. Alex Hernandez was fouled in the box and he stepped up to take the spot kick.
