HYTHE Town cruised to victory over Lancing.
The hosts were ahead after just two minutes when Liam Smith fired in a cross from the right that missed everybody nestling in the bottom corner. They doubled their lead after 24 minutes when Lancing keeper Alieu Secka brought down Ethan Smith in the box. Up stepped Frannie Collin, who converted the penalty.
The Cannons put the game out of Lancing’s reach as a Shad Ngandu cross was headed in at the far post by Johan Caney-Bryan.
