THE points were shared at the NRT Stadium after Binfield’s Liam Gavin scored a second-half equaliser to cancel out Tom Smith’s opener.
Chipstead made a bright start with Jerry O’Sullivan breaking down the right and putting in a cross easily held by Binfield’s keeper.
The home side’s Andy Kabuiku-Somo broke through on a number of occasions but failed to beat the offside trap.
