■ THE visitors secured the points at Alwyns Lane thanks to James Beauchamp’s second-half winner.
The playing surface held up well, as did the Binfield defence to provide a lively exchange that kept the interest going into the final minutes.
The visitors took the lead in the 13th minute thanks to a low strike from the edge of the area from Brad Pagilaroli.
But the lead only lasted 60 seconds after Jonathan Hippolyte took advantage of keeper Harvey Rackley-Hayes’ parry. Beauchamp scored the winner in the 50th minute.
