JOSH SHORT scored a late winner for Littlehampton Town as they defeated Cray Valley PM.
After a lacklustre first-half, it was the Millers who had the game’s first big chance.
Ade Adeyemo drifted down the left-hand side and crossed the ball into the box, but the resulting header from his strike partner Adam Coombes was saved by James Askew.
With just over 20 minutes left, the Millers came agonisingly close to breaking the deadlock as Daniel Bennett’s effort came back off a post.
