SHANE TEMPLE had a game to remember for the visitors.
He scored what turned out to be a 58th-minute winner before being sent off late in the game. It was a scrappy first half with few chances. Mike Salako missed a good opportunity for Basildon when he blazed over.
Temple then fired just wide in the 36th minute.
The winning goal came in the 58th minute when Salako’s shot was parried by the keeper into the path of Temple who made no mistake to give the visitors the lead.
But the goalscorer lost his cool late on...
