■ CHIPSTEAD’S brave young squad were unable to prevent Leatherhead from taking home all three points.
Omarr Lawson gave Leatherhead the lead after 20 minutes, turning in Dave Tarpey’s cross from the right at the far post
And it was Lawson who doubled the lead 11 minutes later, when he seemed to overrun the ball on a break forward, but recovered to tuck it past Matt Kerbey in the home goal.
