FOUR first-half goals saw Margate and Lewes play out a draw in an entertaining game at a wet, windy Hartsdown Park. The Gate broke the deadlock after three minutes when two players making their 100th appearance linked superbly: Ben Greenhalgh’s free-kick was headed home by Sam Blackman. Lewes, who needed victory to boost their play-off hopes, levelled 13 minutes later when a cross found its way to Tyrique Hyde and he duly converted.
