■ CONOR Lynch scored the only goal of the game to keep their play-off hopes alive against Chipstead, with two games of the season remaining.
Brad Pagliaroli collected the ball and sent through Lynch, who peaked off his defender. Once he got in space he snuck his shot to give Binfield an important victory.
Binfield knew that anything apart from three points would seriously damage their chances of the play-offs, where they sit four points behind Hanworth Villa in 5th.
