■ LANCING secured their survival with a hard-fought win over Sittingbourne.
Things could not have begun better as Lancing stunned their opponents inside two minutes. Reece Hallard latched on to a well-flighted ball over the top from Mo Juwara and wasted no time in getting a shot away from just inside the box which flew beyond keeper Alfie Rogers.
Lancing increased their lead with a fierce drive into the top corner from Darius Goldsmith after 56 minutes, but had to withstand some real pressure from the visitors, who closed the gap with a fine fini...
