DEAN SAMMUT says he wants to help Chipstead grow on and off the pitch after taking the reins at the High Road from Rob Kember.
The former Burgess Hill Town No.2 was appointed by Chips following the departure of the popular Kember, who spent four years in charge of the Isthmian South Central club, turning them into a stable Step 4 side.
