AMATCH between two midtable sides ended in a narrow win for Hartley against Hanworth Villa.
After a quiet start to the match Hartley went ahead after 24 minutes. Along ball found Conor Lynch who saw his effort thwarted, but the ball broke to Ik Hill, who curled in a shot home from the edge of the area.
Hartley extended the lead in the 67th minute from a breakaway goal that saw Lynch race through to score. Hanworth reduced the arrears after 75 minutes when Sam Merson played in Kyan Nicholas, who finished well.
