LANCING’S play-off hopes are far from over but were dented by a comprehensive Bridges display on an afternoon where the pitch defied the wet conditions.
A lovely piece of play by Nabeel Ghannam ended with an inch-perfect low cross, clinically finished by Noel Leighton after just eight minutes.
And two minutes later a back pass by Samuel Michael Ball caused Louis Rogers to fumble into his own net.
