TWO goals by Josh Osude against his former club claimed the points for Witham Town.
There was little between the sides for the first 20 minutes as both clubs battled against the strong wind but Witham established control in midfield. Two fierce shots from Deese Kasinga-Madia were the best attacking features until Witham took the lead with an Osude penalty on the stoke of half-time.
The second half was more entertaining but Grays found it hard to attack with conviction.
