DESPITE being down to 10 men for 40 minutes Witham held on to point away to Wroxham. The first half was fiercely contested with plenty of strong tackles. Although Witham were firm favourites, it was Wroxham who looked more dangerous.
And they should have gone ahead when Ru Mcintyre fired over from close range.
Only five minutes into the second half, Witham went down to 10 men after Ryan Dear handled in the box.
Ryan Hawkins was unable to convert, with his penalty rebounding off the post.
