■ BOTTOM of the pile, Ipswich Wanderers, held Tilbury to a goalless draw after Sam Bantick’s first-half goal was disallowed.
The Dockers came close to opening the scoring after eight minutes when Alex Hernandez forced a good save from Warren Burwood with a header from a dangerous free-kick.
The visitors managed to put the ball in the net after Dan Trendall got on the end of an overhead kick pass by Hernandez before finding Sam Bantick in the middle, but the ball struck the forward’s arm as he rounded the keeper and scored.
