It was no real suprise to see Redbridge go ahead.
Malachi Napa played a through ball into the path of Fotsing Pitoula Wabo who fired home.
Gorleston found themselves on level terms in the second half when substitute Cameron Beazer stabbed home.
Redbridge regained the lead when Doriano Tanzillo with his first touch off the bench hit a superb effort first time from a short corner.
