■Walthamstow welcomed the champions, Brentwood Town, and a decent amount of their fans, to Wadham Lodge for a season finale in the sunshine.
Understandably, Brentwood were perhaps not firing on all cylinders and this was reflected in a first half in which Walthamstow had the bulk of possession.
Walthamstow opened the scoring in the 23rd minute with a Jordan Peart penalty but Brentwood looked dangerous on the break.
