BOGNOR REGIS withstood a late Robins onslaught at Colston Avenue to maintain their unbeaten record.
The game started evenly but the first chance fell to the home side as Mike Dixon’s shot was deflected just wide, while the Rocks’ Doug Tuck failed to put the finishing touch to a free-kick routine.
But Carshalton’s Jordan Cheadle broke the deadlock on 27 minutes as he blasted the ball beyond Rocks keeper Dan Lincoln from 25 yards.
