TOMMY BREWER’S late goal took Kingstonian out of the drop zone after an unexpectedly thrilling encounter.
Ks led a paperweight Bishop’s Stortford 2-0 at the break. But the Blues retrieved the situation before Brewer’s heroics.
Blues keeper Calum Kitscha saved Elliott Buchanan’s 35-yard thunderbolt. But on 16 minutes, Shaun Lucien’s expert control and dinked right-foot finish put Ks ahead.
And Greg Cundle made it 2-0 in stoppagetime after his one-two with James Daly split the Blues’ defence. An unmarked Jamie Cureton gave Stortford a lifelin...
