But they conceded on just seven minutes.
Charlie Cole ran through and following a through ball, slotted low into the corner.
The short corner saw Bradley Lethbridge whip the ball in and at the back post, it was Dan Smith who headed the ball in unmarked.
But after dealing with two corners, it was Bognor that went behind again on 51 minutes.
