WINGATE & Finchley recorded a 2- 0 shut-out over Corinthian Casuals at Summers Lane to secure three important points in north London. Reece Beckles-Richards struck towards goal, yet evaded the right-hand post after ten minutes.
Seven minutes on, Beckles- Richards’ whipped in cross was headed across goal by Marc Weatherstone into the back of the net - however, it was disallowed for an offside by Charlie Cole, who got the decisive touch at the back post.
