Hornets so close on big day

HORSHAM’S return to the Isthmian Premier Division after an eight-year absence ended with honours even against nearby Leatherhead.
The match itself was historic for Horsham, as Hornets fans were finally able to lift the curtain on a new era as they kicked off their first ever competitive match at the Camping World Community Stadium, ending a 12-year pedeep into the box, getting past his marker to send in a low ball that was turned in at the near post by Rob O’Toole.
