POTTERS BAR salvaged a late point, despite sufering a nightmare opening seven minutes.
They were a man down on five minutes when centre-back Callum Ellesley saw red for a mistimed challenge. The dismissal was hotly-disputed. And matters soon went from bad to worse for the Scholars.
They found themselves a man and a goal down two minutes later. Lewes led from the ensuing free-kick, Bouwe Bosma emerging as the extra man, heading home unchallenged in the box.
