Jay Saunders says Folkestone Invicta’s homecoming is all the sweeter because of how they’ve taken to life on the road.
Invicta will finally play their first home game of the Isthmian Premier campaign on Saturday on their new 3G pitch and surrounds have been given the green light.
Aside from the odd ‘home’ game at each of Ashford, Margate and Chatham, the others have been reversed.
But they return to the Alcaline Stadium unbeaten in the league and on the back of six wins on the spin.
