WORKINGTON lifted themselves back into the play-off positions with an excellent and deserved win over promotion rivals Stourbridge.
Workington, beaten 5-0 at Stourbridge earlier in the season, were in no mood for a repeat and bossed the game from the start.
The visitors should have gone in front, though, when Jordan Archer was left with an open goal from four yards only for him to fire wide.
