COLNE secured a place in the play offs with a hard earned point against Droylsden.
The Reds might have taken an early lead on six minutes when Adam Morning was clean through on goal but Droylsden keeper James Coates saved.
Early in the second half Colne thought they had made the breakthrough when Morning’s shot was blocked and Spencer Jordan followed up to fire home the rebound but the goal was ruled out by an offside flag.
Droylsden almost punished the Reds after 72 minutes when Ciaran Kilheeney sent a header flying toward the top corner of goal...
