LEEK Town inflicted a 5-1 thrashing on lowly Gresley but not before Blues lost leading scorer Tim Grice for the second time in the opening minute of a game within two weeks.
Leek opened the scoring on five minutes through Tom France, who stretched the lead 12 minutes later with the aid of a slight deflection.
