2001: At 28, began life as a manager at Bridlington Town, alongside assistant Mark Carroll, and the pair won three promotions. A further five years followed at Frickley before a brief stint at Hall Road Rangers led the duo to Ferriby in 2011.
2011: Heath and Carroll took over from John Anderson at North Ferriby in October and transformed the East Yorkshire club from a struggling Evo-Stik Premier side to the envy of many outside the Football League.
