ALTRINCHAM wiped the smile off Sutton faces as the league leaders romped to a comfortable win at Coles Lane. A week after conceding in the first two minutes, Sutton were back in the groove and conceded the opening goal after 90 seconds when Jordan Hulme picked up a loose ball in the 12-yard box and fired home.
Altrincham went two ahead in the ninth minute when James Jones headed home unmarked from a corner. Two minutes later, Jake Moult rose to head home a rather hopeless cross with no defender rising with him. Sutton’s first chance...
