A LATEJohn Johnston penalty gave league leaders Altrincham a hard-fought victory.
The well organised visitors opened the scoring through Tyler Lyttle – good work from Karl Hawley in the box before squaring to Lyttle in space.
But the lead didn’t last long, as seven minutes later the very lively Max Harrop picked the ball up mid way into the Sutton half, and out of nowhere, hit a screamer.
