■TWO goals in the space of five minutes saw play-off contenders Ashton United and Barwell settle for a hard-fought draw.
Craig Reid put the home side in front with a typically cool finish before Daniel Mooney earned United a point.
Barwell went close to an opener on eight minutes, when Matt Stenson’s shot was blocked after a flickon from Declan Towers.
Then, a flying run from Jake Whitmore down the Barwell right saw him put a dangerous cross in, but Brady Hickey couldn’t convert from close range.
