QUINN SACKED AFTER DEFEAT

NANTWICH won a war of attrition in this heated affair that saw Shaw Lane boss Paul Quinn sacked after four straight defeats.
Referee Matt Sowerby wanted to be centre of attention and a number of bizarre decisions left everyone in shock. The Dabbers took an early advantage with Sean Cooke putting the ball past Myles Wright on 12 minutes.
A rash tackle on Alex Byrne by Matt Bell saw Mr Sowerby show a straight red card.
A further seven yellow cards were produced during the rest of the match, but thankfully no more players were sent off.
