TONBRIDGE deservedly returned to winning ways, although they had to work hard against a well-drilled Potters Bar backline, who finished the game with ten men.
The league leaders carved out few genuine chances in the first half.
Jack Richards’ low cross in the 21st minute was cleared off the line and three minutes before the interval Joe Turner and Richards combined well to set up Adem Ramadan but he fired just over the bar.
The visitors’ Dernell Wynter also fired over their only first-half effort.
