A SECOND-HALF brace from leading striker James Roberts fired improving Halesowen into the top half of the league table.
The hosts started brightly and Roberts almost converted a fine 17th-minute right-wing delivery from on-loan Walsall youngster Tobias Hayles-Docherty.
But the Pics – seeking a first win in nine games – settled down to create the better chances late in the first half.
Liam Truslove’s 29thminute shot fell just wide and Truslove then rattled the base of the Halesowen post with a 20-yard shot five minutes late...
