O’CONNOR NETS LATE TO SALVAGE BORO POINT

FOR the fourth home game running, there was a late goal at The Rogers Family Stadium, as this time Borough’s Anthony O’Connor struck with an 84thminute leveller to ensure the points were shared.
The visitors took the lead in the third minute when Nic Ciardini cut in from the left and, although Mitchal Gough blocked his initial shot, the rebound came to Ciardini who fired in.
