SWIFTS QUICK TO SEAL SPOILS

HEYBRIDGE SWIFTS 4
THERE were six secondhalf goals as Heybridge Swifts edged a seven-goal thriller to beat Mildenhall Town 4-3.
It was visitors Heybridge who snatched the lead on the stroke of halftime when Daniel Walker beat Blake Horton for the first of his two strikes.
And when Matthew Horton doubled the advantage eleven minutes into the second-half, the points looked to be safe.
Thomas Boxer gave Mildenhall a lifeline from the spot after 63 minutes before Swifts’ two-goal cushion was re-established by Walker five minutes later.
