PAULTON ROVERS 2 SLIMBRIDGE 1

A RYAN Gay double fired Paulton Rovers to all three points against Slimbridge. The visitors saw Ewen Dunbar have a shot held by Rovers keeper Rob Brown before Paulton took the lead,
Aysa Corrick’s pass finding Jay Malpas, whose flick to Gay saw him turn quickly and fire home. Rovers had a penalty shout turned down and then Gay twisted and turned to set up another chance, laying the ball back for Malpas to test visiting keeper Lewis Adams.
Paulton made it 2-0 on 50 minutes as Jordan Lovibond and Malpas set up Gay to fire his second goal.
