MATLOCK’S substitutes won the game in a dramatic finish when Gladiators scored two injury-time goals.
Matlock struck in only the second minute when Marcus Marshall headed in Craig King’s cross.
The visitors, though, were resilient, and certainly worthy of a point, more so after defender Olly Marx was sent off.
It was all pressure towards the Matlock goal, and it was no surprise when Liam Tongue was on hand to fire home a 64th-minute leveller.
