Home problems mount for Reds

WORKINGTON slipped to their fourth successive home defeat to stay firmly in relegation trouble.
It was a game dominated by the wind and rain which made good football an impossibility. Both teams produced a workmanlike and professional performance as they went toe-to-toe in a tense and tight encounter.
The Cumbrians were against it in the first half but took the lead on 33 minutes. Centre back Josh Calvert scored from Niall Cowperthwaite’s free kick with a fine diving header.
