ARDUOUS DRAW NO USE FOR RANGERS

STAFFORD Rangers and Marine played out a fairly drab goal-less draw that will do little to help Stafford’s fight against relegation.
In a rather scrappy first half, neither side were able to assert any authority on the game. The visitors’ captain, Danny Mitchley, produced the first two efforts on target but neither gave keeper Adam Siviter too much concern. The wind was in Stafford’s backs but it took them almost half an hour to put anything on target at the other end.
