MARINE inflicted a first loss in five on play-off chasing Gainsborough Trinity thanks to James Murray’s strike on the hour.
A smart turn and finish by the substitute two minutes after coming off the bench saw off a Trinity side who huffed and puffed.
A quiet first half saw chances at a premium.
Five minutes before the break Trinity’s leading marksman Ashley Worsfold had the ball in the net after good play from Alex Byrne and Simon Russell.
