LATE TOUCH OF MARLOW MAGIC WINS IT FOR BRIG

A 90th-minute screamer from Chris Marlow completed a thrilling comeback for Bamber Bridge over Ashton United at the Sir Tom Finney Stadium. Brig had to come from behind twice, a Danny Forbes goal for the hosts coming in between strikes from Josh Wilson and Aaron Chalmers.
Gary Pett’s 87th minute header set up a grandstand finale before Marlow’s finish gave Bamber Bridge all three points.
The hosts had the better of the early play, Ryan White’s driven shot finding only the gloves of Ashton goalkeeper Jon Worsnop.
