WARRINGTON TOWN won at a wet Cantilever Park for the first time since August as they eased past Hyde United 4-1.
After suffering backto- back home defeats, the Yellows bounced back with a much-needed victory as right winger Jack Mackreth proved to be constant menace.
They started brightly, created an opening in the first minute when Bohan Dixon forced a save out of Luke Mewitt.
Mackreth then forced the corner that led to the opening goal on 20 minutes, Ben Garrity nodding a deep ball in for the first of Tony Gray’s two headers.
